    The procurement process has established a design for Miami County envelopes. 

    Departments with a department logo preapproved by the County Administrator may be allowed to use their logo instead of the county logo. Requests for department envelopes must be submitted to the purchasing department.

    Envelopes must contain the following employee information:
    Icon 1: Navy background, white building
    Miami County (Department Name)
    Office mailing address

  3. Information below must be completed for submission and approval of Envelope Orders
  4. If the department head or elected official would like their name on the envelope, please insert their name here, as it should be printed.

    Select the quantity and style preference in the drop-down below. If you prefer a different style than the #10 envelopes or options below, contact purchasing with your request for alternative sizes or options. 

    Multiple quantities may be selected.

    Pricing will vary depending on current market costs. All requests will have a quote sent to the submitter with a proof for final approval. 

    Total Cost will include per order: 
    * Cost of Envelope Order
    * Ink Charge $15.00 (Only for Navy Blue Ink)
    * Art Charge $7.50 (Applicable to First Department Order to set up template)
    * New Plate $12.00 (Applicable to First Department Order to set up template)
